I-Team: One Newport officer punched more suspects in head than whole departments combined

Now, nearly two years after the most striking incident, the WCPO I-Team has obtained Newport police body camera video showing exactly what happened for the first time. The Newport police department concluded Officer Steve Linville's use of force against Hugo Aguilar was justified. Linville no longer works for Newport, but he's still a police officer in Falmouth, Kentucky.
