Britain’s Winter Olympic gold medallist Amy Williams has revealed how becoming a personal trainer at six months PREGNANT has helped her adapt to life after pro sport. Pictures show the heavily pregnant history maker practising yoga with her two-year-old son Oscar ahead of her first fitness workshop in May. Williams won the nation’s first solo gold medal for 30 years with victory in the women's skeleton at the 2010 Vancouver games. But the 36-year-old has been “living with pain every single day” since a crash in 2002 - and has found a new passion in personal training, yoga and meditation.
