Police investigating possible murder-suicide near Eastern and Russell

2 people are dead and Las Vegas police are investigating what officers say appears to be a murder-suicide near Eastern Avenue and Russell Road. Eastern is blocked off in both direction between Hacienda and Russell. Officers say to expect closures to last several hours.
