'The Simpsons' Creator Welcomes Disney/Fox Merger With Hilarious Pic

Comicbook.com reports Disney will officially purchase 20th Century Fox at the end of this week!

A new tweet suggests this could lead to some pretty interesting crossovers.

Al Jean, showrunner of "The Simpsons," shared an illustration of Homer Simpson strangling Mickey Mouse.

The illustration was originally drawn by Simpsons creator Matt Groenig.

FOX confirmed they would work to keep the series on their network.
