'League of Legends' Updates Blitzcrank's Passives

Comicbook.com reports 'League of Legends’ PBE servers have been updated with changes for Blitzcrank’s passive abilities!
The character's normal passive creates a shield based on mana and passive lightning from the steam golem’s ultimate.
If it works, Blitzcrank players shouldn't have to worry about conserving mana to use the shield anymore!
Riot Maxw3ll, game designer on the champions team, shared the list of changes ahead of the Blitzcrank update as a show of good faith.
At the moment, though, these changes are still being tested.
