James Gunn Not Rushing 'Suicide Squad' Reboot Before 'Guardians'

Comicbook.com reports after James Gunn was fired by Disney last year, he was rehired to direct the third 'Guardians' film...
...after directing 'The Suicide Squad' reboot for Warner Bros., as he agreed to work on that as well.
But fans needn't worry, as Gunn won't be rushing either project.
Producer Peter Safran said 'The Suicide Squad' will be Gunn's current priority before 'Guardians.'
The new sequel is not expected for release until 2021.
