Many rivers and streams continue to be affected by all of the runoff and melting snow. Flooding continues to be a concern in many areas, but not because of any precipitation today. Please be aware that ice jams are still possible on rivers that haven't seen them. The Manitowoc River and the Sheboygan River have reached new historical records with their river levels. Most Rivers look to subside this weekend as a stretch of dry weather moves in. Any evening flurry moves out, then we go down into the low-20s. Winds will be out of the west around 10 to 20 mph with mostly cloudy skies. The weekend looks cooler with temperatures slightly below to near average in the mid-30s to around 40 each day. Still those temperatures and lack of precipitation should help any flooding concerns. Temperatures will slowly warm up again next week with dry conditions. That's good as we don't need ANY more rain or snow. highs get into the 50s by Thursday and Friday.
