Cloudy and windy Friday night

River levels will continue to rise over the weekend but quiet, dry weather can be expected over the next several days. This Friday morning there will be a chance for a mixture of rain/snow then the remainder of the day will be windy and cooler with highs in the upper 30s to near 40°. Tonight will be partly cloudy, breezy and colder with lows in the mid 20s.
