San Jose Police Sgt. Paul Kelly slams sanctuary state policies

As a law enforcement officer in the community where an illegal alien thug murdered a 59-year-old woman last week, San Jose Police Sgt. Paul Kelly has had it with California's sanctuary state law.

"There’s definitely a problem with the laws. If the laws weren’t as messed up as they were, our victim would be alive," he bluntly said Thursday morning on Fox News' "Fox & Friends."
