Fox News anchor Shepard Smith, a man who describes himself as a "journalist" even though he acts like a left-wing commentator, accepted the so-called Leonard Zeidenberg First Amendment Award from the Radio Television Digital News Foundation during a banquet held Wednesday evening in D.C.

The award is presented annually to a radio or television "journalist" or executive who's "made a major contribution to the protection of First Amendment freedoms."
