AMBER ALERT: Search for missing child continues; Vegas mother killed, father arrested

The Milwaukee Police Department reported officers were able to arrest Dariaz Higgins on Wednesday afternoon. However, authorities continue to search for the missing 2-year-old girl. Her Las Vegas mother, Sierra Robinson, was shot and killed in Milwaukee on March 11.
