so strange to see dog is too much hungry and instead of eating other food, dog is eating plastic dustbin and babies of this dog are also eating plastic which is very strange.

This place is in sialkot, a big market about sports equipment and see these dogs have nothing to eat and this hungry dog is eating plastic,

Government of pakistan should take steps and should construct a separate place for dogs who are having no home or dogs have no owner to take care, govt should take care of these type of dogs, government should take them and take care them in separate place, so they do not eat plastic items.
