Douglas Co. sheriff slams commissioners after resolution preempting 'red flag' bill passes

The Douglas County Board of Commissioners voted 3-0 Tuesday to approve a “safe constitutional county” resolution to try to preempt the possible passage of a “red flag” extreme risk protection order bill named after fallen Douglas County Sheriff’s Deputy Zack Parrish.
