Police: Three Meridian hit-and-runs end with west Boise crash

Boise Police, Boise Fire and Ada County paramedics are on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Cole Road and Emerald Street in west Boise, that police say started with a series of hit-and-run crashes in the Meridian area.
