'The Big Bang Theory' Series Finale To Air May 16

Fans of 'The Big Bang Theory' will have a big day on May 16th. Comicbook.com reports the series finale of the long-running beloved sitcom will air that night along with a special one-hour event. The final episodes will air at 8 p.m. ET, and the second season finale of 'Young Sheldon' will follow. Show creator Chuck Lorre previously confirmed that the two episodes would feature separate storylines with a connective narrative thread. Lorre said, “It will be an hour — two episodes that will connect." The series finale will be the 279th episode of the show.
