According to Reuters, Venezuela's state-run oil company halted crude exports due to a blackout.
Much of Venezuela has been without electricity for five days, forcing the country's primary port to close.
Data from Refinitiv Eikon also found that no oil export tankers have left Jose port since the blackout began.
The oil firm PDVSA has a contingency plan to restore power at the Jose port, but electricity from a hydroelectric dam is still intermittent.
