PD: Driver hits man, traps him under car in Springfield Twp.

A driver hit a man Sunday night, trapping him under her vehicle, according to Springfield Township police. The driver hit the pedestrian at about 10:37 p.m. on W. Galbraith Road near Winton Road, police said.
