It has been revealed that Nebula mentions Thanos might go to "the garden" after completing his plan.

Shareholder Scott Ladewig revealed "the words may not be exact,” but they are trying to find Thanos.

Nebula goes on to say ‘Even disassembled I wanted to please him, so I would ask 'Father, where will we go?' and his answer was always the same.
