Senator Bernie Sanders
Former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden achieved the number one spot on a poll of Iowa voters. According to Reuters, Sen. Bernie Sanders was close behind with the number two spot. Biden got 27 percent in the Des Moines Register/CNN/Mediacom Iowa Poll while Sanders got 25 percent. Biden has not yet announced whether he will run for president in the 2020 election. Iowa will the state holding the first contest in the Democratic race in February 2020.
