Orphan sent to mental institution for having cerebral palsy, now adopted into loving home

This 10 year old girl in the Ukraine was transferred from the orphanage to an adult mental institution when she turned 6 years old and had been wasting away there just because she has cerebral palsy. Now she is home and loved and an orphan no more!
