"The Most Powerful Anti-Dog Abuse Video You'll Ever Watch"

NBC's "The Voice" Top 10 Finalist, Bria Kelly, debuts arguably the most sobering anti-dog fighting video ever produced. The song was written by BMI songwriters, Amy Hines (Selleck) and Donna Hughes, who are both passionate about dogs and work to educate the population about animal rights through their music.
The duo wanted to drive home the point that "Abuse is Abuse" be it human or animal, so in bold and perhaps controversial move, they utilized HUMANS depicting dogs evoking a full gamut of emotions.
Cetre Pegues with Who's Johnny Creative directed the music video with over 100 individuals in the entertainment industry including such notables as Jenee Fleenor from The Blake Shelton Band and Scott Vestal (who has played with Kenny Chesney and Dierks Bentley) participated by offering their professional services. Filming took place on the site of NFL Pro, Michael Vick's former "Bad Newz Kennels" in the very fighting barns where the crimes took place. Notorious for one of the most grueling dog fighting compounds in history, the property is now the home of the Good Newz Rehabilitation Center for Chained & Penned Dogs (operated by Dogs Deserve Better).
The only dog starring in "Why Me?" is Glory, a former bait dog used for her puppies, fought and thrown out like a piece of trash. Glory was "restored to her former Glory" at the Good Newz Rehabilitation Center and now lives in the lap of luxury with her new forever family in Norfolk, VA.
