Dry in Denver for now, more mountain snow

The recent heavy snow in the mountains has created extreme avalanche conditions over most of the high country in Colorado. The snow has lightened up a bit, but another surge of moisture will move in from the west early today and bring at least another foot of snow to the mountains.
