According to Reuters, a former police officer has been found guilty of killing a motorist.
Nouman Raja was charged with manslaughter and attempted first-degree murder in 2016 for shooting Corey Jones along a highway exit ramp.
The 41-year-old officer was wearing plainclothes and failed to identify himself as a police officer when he approached Jones.
The 31-year-old musician was waiting with his drums for a tow truck because his car broke down.
