“Captain Marvel” is coming to theaters this weekend and it is expected to give the box office a boost. The film is online ticket service Fandango’s biggest pre-seller since “Avengers: Infinity War.” According to Business Insider, the “Avengers” film opened to a record $258 million. It is expected for “Captain Marvel” to open between $175 million and $185 million. Since it does not have other films to compete with, it’s expected to end up with at least $450 million domestically.
