Masked man shoots up car in Jackson Meijer parking lot

Police say a 25-year-old man, who was in the car, was leaving the Meijer when a man unknown to him, who was wearing a ski mask, walked up to his car. The man said he was armed with a handgun. The suspect opened fire on the car, striking it multiple times before he took off running.
