Open forum on dangers of teen vaping to be held in Lancaster

If you've got a teenager at home, chances are they know someone who is vaping. Doctors say it's reached epidemic levels among teenagers. An open community forum is being hosted Wednesday night in Lancaster with a lot of resources for parents.
