Detroit collision shop accused of bribing police in fraud scheme

A collision shop owner is facing fraud charges that could put him behind bars. Federal authorities have charged Daniel Dabish, the owner of Livernois Collision, with one count of mail fraud. Court documents outline a scheme in which Dabish would allegedly bill insurance companies on parts from old cars brought to him by paid off Detroit Police officers.
