Monday morning low temperatures make this the 7th-coldest March on record

The National Weather Service issued a wind chill advisory for the Kansas City area for Monday morning. NWS said wind chills dropped to between 15 and 25 degrees below zero. The 41 Action News weather team said a normal high temperature for early March would be around 50 degrees.
