'How to Train Your Dragon 3' Beat 'A Madea Family Funeral' At The Box Office

The final Madea film, “A Madea Family Funeral,” premiered this weekend with great success. The film was in direct competition with “How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.” Madea was expected to make $20 million but beat expectations and made around $27 million. Yet “The Hidden World” was still able to take the number one spot in the box office for a second weekend in a row. It made $30 million this weekend, taking its worldwide total to over $375 million.
