Sister speaks out after brother killed in hit and run on Detroit's east side

The sister of a man killed last weekend is speaking out, asking for the person who killed her brother in a hit and run on Detroit's east side to turn themselves in. It was on Morang where 34-year-old Reginald Edwards was hit by a car and eventually died. The driver of that vehicle never stopped.
