Suspect charged in fatal drag-race crash in Warren

A 24-year-old man has been charged in the death of an innocent woman after he allegedly crashed into her vehicle while drag racing on Mound Road in Warren in November 2018. Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith announced the charges on Tuesday. The suspect is charged with three counts of criminal conduct that include homicide, murder in the second degree; reckless driving causing death; and drag racing.
