Man arrested, charged in attempted abduction in southwest Detroit

Part of the attempted abduction was caught on a nearby store's surveillance camera. The girl and her 11-year-old sister were outside playing when a man, who had been walking across the street, suddenly crossed the street and headed for the girls.
