Saint Rita Apartments to hold grand opening Wednesday, offering affordable housing

Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan, local officials and community leaders will hold a grand opening celebration for the historic Saint Rita Apartments. After a $7.2 million development project, the once-vacant building will now be home to veterans, homeless individuals and Detroit residents with special needs.
