Dog Blows Out Birthday Candle on Cake
It is said that dogs are human's best friends. Everyone who has ever owned a dog can affirm this obvious statement - they are loyal, committed, cute, trustworthy and always show affection in their own way. It's great to have a friend with such qualities.
But according to some studies, the effect of dog keeping does not stop at having a friend. There are evidence that show the physical benefits of people living with dogs, positive changes from cardiovascular health to increased physical activity to lower cholesterol and lower blood pressure.
When your dog lies on the floor, enjoying the sunbeams through the window, it just does it, enjoying the feeling of warmth covering its body. "Perhaps one of the biggest psychological benefits of interacting with a dog is learning to focus on the present."
When spending time walking with a dog, we can learn how it lives with the present, opening up all the senses to feel every moment from signs, sounds, smells. Imitate your dog and practice it every day, taking the time to focus your attention on your body's feeling. Breathe deeply and record how you feel. Focus your senses and enjoy what's going on around you. Then remember to thank the dog who taught you these things.
In today's fast-paced technology world, our lives are full of tension and the to-do lists seem to never end. Recent studies show the psychological benefits of having a friend like these dogs for work. More and more companies create environments that allow the presence of dogs in an effort to reduce work stress for their employees.
The University of British Columbia has adopted dog therapy by providing opportunities for 246 students to breed dogs, cuddling them as soon as possible, and the results are surprising. The students selected for this treatment believe that there is a clear difference in their stress levels at the time before and after treatment.
When we own a dog, we go for a walk with it every day. Maybe a few times a day. But having a dog is also a motivation for us to immerse ourselves in green spaces like walking in the park, running along the beach or running on forest roads. Thanks to this friend, they attract us to nature and give us certain benefits.
The need to care for someone is a motivation - or conscious purpose - for the sick person to stand up and work, especially for the elderly. For many people, both young and old, dogs can adjust to that goal, we feed them, walk with them, take care of them, without knowing that these are the opposite effects we.
Info from Licensor: Wiwo is male Shih Tzu celebrating his 1st birthday on February 24. We treat Wiwo as a part of the family. That's why we prepared something for his birthday. Along with the party, we give him a birthday cake but we didn't expect him to blow out the candle.
