Once the best hotel in Downtown Cincinnati, Terrace Plaza could be declared public nuisance

The city of Cincinnati is weeks away from filing a public nuisance lawsuit against the owners of a high-rise Downtown hotel that Mayor John Cranley says is a “public safety hazard.”
