Fort Meade Vice Mayor arrested, charged with aggravated stalking; explicit voicemails released

The Vice Mayor of Fort Meade has been arrested for aggravated stalking after she reportedly harassed a woman she thought was having an affair with her husband and left explicit voicemail messages threatening to hurt her, according to deputies.
