Occurred on February 21, 2019 / Whitecourt, Alberta, Canada
Info from Licensor: "This happened in Whitecourt, Alberta on Highway 32 beside the parking lot of Whitecourt auto sales at 4:30 pm. The company Entrec was moving a large structure when it fell off the semi trucks trailer landing in the parking lot of the Whitecourt auto sales car lot."
