Benefits cheat who claimed she could hardly walk caught playing crown green bowls

A brazen benefits cheat who claimed she could barely walk to claim £44,500 was caught when she was secretly filmed – playing crown green BOWLS. Rebecca Peach, 49, swindled thousands of taxpayers’ cash over more then six years while playing the sport up to four times a week. But she was nailed when she was filmed by undercover fraud investigators playing crown green bowls. Footage showed her running around the green, bending down to bowl and bounding up and down the steps by the club house. She was also filmed punching the air to celebrate a good bowl and sprinting across the green with a tape measure.
