MUST WATCH: constructor Snake kills a Magpie on a light pole

It's rare for a constructor to have venom or fangs, so bites aren't a huge concern. Just clean it (if the skin is broken) like you would any scrape to avoid infection from bacteria. They also rarely constrict anything they aren't going to eat. They have to hold small prey with their jaw as they roll around it, like the video. Any kid would run away, screaming, before they get wrapped. Unless you're letting an infant play outside unattended, constrictors like boas and pythons are no more dangerous than a stray cat.
