Tyler Perry Is "Lost For Words" After Smollett Arrest

Tyler Perry had a hard time understanding the Jussie Smollett case. Huff Post reports the actor commented on his fellow actor's arrest Thursday afternoon. Perry wrote on Facebook, “I have personally spoken to Jussie, and he is adamant that he’s telling the truth. Also, everyone that I know who knows him says that he is not the kind of person who would make up such a horrible and awful thing.” The filmmaker and actor added that the evidence “seems to state otherwise.
