Dr. Phil and His Wife Sued by Former Talk Show Guest Who Wants Residuals From Her Appearances

A woman who was once deemed one of Dr. Phil‘s best guests is suing the talk show host and his wife claiming she should have been paid for all the times they used her on the show.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a woman named Josie Goldberg says she appeared on a 2010 episode of the show called, “Spoiled and Entitled.” She appeared again on the show two weeks later and was featured on a 2011 episode called “Smart Women, Dumb Choices?”
