According to Business Insider, "Actor Jussie Smollet has been arrested by police in Chicago, charged with making a false police report of a homophobic and racist attack he said happened to him. Police spokesman Tom Ahern said that Smollet could face three years in prison for disorderly conduct and for falsifying a police report." Last week, Smollett told the press that two men screamed racist and anti-gay slurs about him and put a noose around his neck.
