This is the moment a tearful six-year-old boy was pulled to safety by rescuers -- 16 HOURS after he fell down a 200ft hole. Ravi Pandit Bill tumbled into the construction pit while he was on site with his labourer father and got wedged 10ft down the hole. Locals couldn't reach him, so immediately started digging a parallel shaft, and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) took over when they arrived. The little lad - who was given oxygen from ground level - was pulled out via a pit dug parallel to the borehole. Photos and videos show him peering out and then crying in the arms of rescuers in Manchar Tehsil of Pune in Maharashtra, India, today (Thurs).
