Riviera Beach settles second public records lawsuit; council member demands change

The city of Riviera Beach has agreed to settle a lawsuit, accusing the city of violating public records laws. Tradrick McCoy, who is also a candidate for city council, filed the lawsuit after he did not get all the records he had requested.
