Info from Licensor: "This took place at 59th Ave and Camelback in Glendale AZ. I needed to get in the alley to make a delivery when I saw a man in a wheelchair. I needed him to move forward so that I would not hit him as I went around the corner. I revved my motor to get his attention instead of hitting my air horn. The next thing I know, he gets out of his wheelchair and pushes it out of my way."
