Warmer Thursday with highs close to 40

Suspect Jordan Fricke has pleaded not guilty to three charges Thursday in the case involving fallen MPD Officer Matthew Rittner. Love is in the air and the city of Milwaukee is making the most of it. It's relatively mild already this morning, with temperatures near 30 degrees. Even with a lot of clouds, we should warm to around 40 degrees by this afternoon. As snow begins to melt, some light fog will likely develop. A weak storm system will track to the north of us. As a cold front approaches, we'll have a chance of rain showers late this afternoon and maybe a few snow showers this evening. Very little or no accumulation is expected.
