Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster will not seek re-election

Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster will not seek re-election for a fourth term, according to the chairman for the Niagara County Democratic Party. Mayor Dyster issued a letter that was read at the city's committee meeting Wednesday evening.
