This amazing young basketball player made the shot right on the buzzer and everybody lost their minds! So exciting!

This video was filmed on February 5th, 2019, Loyola University Chicago in Chicago, IL. ''The player who made the shot, Cooper Kaifes, is a freshman on the Loyola Ramblers men's basketball team.'' The incredible moment one high school basketball player in Chicago launches the ball across the whole court into the net as the buzzer rings out. The game was being played at Evanston Township High School In Evanston, Illinois. The score was at 44-42 before one of the Evanston players steals the ball and launches it into the opposing basket. It was so amazing and exciting!

Cooper Kaifes is a freshman in ‘Mill Valley’ High School. He is an elite shooter who averaged 19.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.3 steals per game at Mill Valley in 2017-18 — collected first team all-state, first team all-state tournament team second team all-metro honors. He was also a Greater Kansas City All-Star in 2017-18. As a junior, averaged 21.0 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 3.0 apg, and 2.6 SPG, earning all-state recognition.

He has helped Mill Valley to a state title as a sophomore in 2015-16, and he is a two-time team captain. He has also played on the Nike EYBL Circuit for MOKAN Elite, contributing 11 points, two rebounds, three assists and a steal per contest, while connecting on 45 percent of his three-point tries and helped MOKAN Elite to an 11-5 record and the Nike Peach Jam Finals in 2017.
