Flooding fears force renovations at Nate's Honor Rescue animal shelter in Manatee County

Nate’s Honor Rescue is getting a major multi-million dollar face-lift. Shelter leaders said they are elevating the ground by a foot and half, plus they are expanding their capacity by 50 percent.
