Ralph Northam's childhood friend defends him

"You’ve had so many people to say that they have not seen a racist bone in his body and I can attest to that from 1972," the governor's childhood friend, Carla Savage-Wells, said Monday to CNN host to Chris Cuomo, adding that it's "completely inaccurate" to label him a racist.
